Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date shown on the invoice, subject to mandatory legal rights and exceptions.

Acceptance conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original condition with packaging, accessories, gifts, and invoice.
• The product must not have been damaged after delivery through misuse or incorrect installation.
• Skin-contact, hygiene, and personal-care products are accepted only where the law permits and after condition checks, and may be subject to a shorter period.
• Defective or misdescribed products are handled under applicable law and the warranty policy.

Request and refund process

Contact customer care with the order number, reason, and product photos where needed. After inspection and approval, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the bank or payment provider; cash orders are coordinated with the customer.

Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law. The store covers collection when the item is defective or the order is incorrect.
