Warranty duration varies by product type and brand. The period stated on the product page, invoice, or warranty card applies.

Strollers, seats, and devices

For eligible products, warranty covers manufacturing defects during the stated period. A claim may require the order number or invoice, serial number, photos or video of the issue, and the accessories needed for inspection.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and consumable parts.
• Misuse, accidents, liquids, improper storage, or installation contrary to instructions.
• Modification or repair by an unauthorised party.
• Accepted cosmetic damage that does not affect operation.

Requesting warranty service

Contact customer care at hello@Al Shahbandar Market.com with the order number and fault details. The product is inspected before repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy under the warranty, applicable law, and parts or product availability.
